[Pharo-project] problem mixing Traits and Inheritance

Hi, Here's my problem : - I have the class NSCollectionStream which define ( for example ) #atEnd - I have the class NSSubclassOfCollectionStream ( which is a suclass of NSCollectionStream). When I use a trait in NSSubclassOfCollectionStream that required the method #atEnd, the defintion in NSCollectionStream is not used and the method #atEnd is overridden with : atEnd self explicitRequirement. I think we should take care about definitions in superclass, no?

Hi all, With Marcus I went through the list of open issues and we tagged the ones we think need to be done for 1.0. We may have missed some important ones. So this is now to ask if *you* have any other issues that you think should be integrated into 1.0. Please post them here so that we can discuss and update the bug tracker. I'd like to soon freeze the list and after this only add critical bugs as 1.0-tagged issues. So I've been doing some very bad things to dictionaries, and I've had to make a small change: 'From Pharo0.1 of 16 May 2008 [Latest update: #10342] on 8 July 2009 at 12:28:04 pm'! !Dictionary methodsFor: 'testing' stamp: 'djg 7/8/2009 11:53'! hasBindingThatBeginsWith: aString "Answer true if the receiver has a key that begins with aString, false otherwise" self keysDo:[:each | each ifNotNil: [ (each beginsWith: aString) ifTrue:[^true]]]. ^false! ! I'm occasionally had code blow up and was left with nil keys in my SystemDictionary (which may be a red herring), and SHParserST80 resolvePartial: was throwing fits as a result of what I believe was an environment key being nil. Running the tests in the latest core (10371), I get the following results: 5154 run, 5133 passes, 2 expected failures, 17 failures, 2 errors Comparing to the last result in 10292cl [1]: 3029 run, 2956 passes, 2 expected failures, 24 failures, 47 errors I wonder how it is possible to get from 3029 to 5154 tests? This bug is really annoying. I am in windows, using 10371. Both: Pharo and PharoCore, have the same problem. To reproduce: 1) Go to squeak 2) alt + tab to switch to another windows 3) alt + tab again to come back to squeak At that moment, we you get the focus in Squeak you will get TWO DNU. Hi Mariano, I dont have this problem. But I think I had this problem with an old VM. Can you try the new Win32 setup that is based on 10371: see http://lists.gforge.inria.fr/pipermail/pharo-project/2009-July/010469.html to make sure you have the correct VM and image?
