When I remove a method then realize that this is a mistake, retyping the exact same selector and pressing versions does not show me the previous method. Can somebody confirm and ifTrueCreateABugEntryAndProvideAFixThanks We should fix that :) Stef

Hi, I'm working to make Algernon works on pharo, and I found what seems to be a bug (or at least something that "revesls" a bug), in TextMorph>>handleInteraction: This is what happens: the Algernon starts and you type a class, then go inside to look for a method, and that sends a keyStroke: to a new TextMorph, who sends a #handleInteraction:fromEvent:. So... old implementation on #handleInteraction:fromEvent: had a first line removed in new implementation: self editor sensor: (KeyboardBuffer new startingEvent: evt). The problem is this: #editor message instances editor attribute if nil. Now... that line is not anymore, introducing a DNU when sending a subsecuent message to editor attribute. I "solved" it bu changing this line: oldEditor := editor. for this other: oldEditor := self editor. (who restores the editor instantiation). What I don't know is: a) is this a bug? b) the bug is there or is a collateral damage? c) my hack really solves the problem? d) is possible to introduce this bugfix into a new version? [Pharo-project] Wiki responsible?

Would anybody step up to be our wiki [1] responsible? The task would be to refactor from time to time the content and to make sure we don't accumulate garbage. The goal is to avoid getting into a state like the Squeak wiki. As an example, I just deleted a couple of 1 year old obsolete pages. Also, there is a proliferation of pages with notes on what could be done better in the future, e.g., http://code.google.com/p/pharo/wiki/ToDoBetterOnLongTerm http://code.google.com/p/pharo/wiki/PlanToUse http://code.google.com/p/pharo/wiki/BetterMop These pages should be merged. Excellent news!!! What I a afraid when updating to this type of projects is that perhaps there are a lot of external non-maintenance anymore packages like pier-addons that don't work any more. In this version of Pier, did you change important core things? I mean, pieraddons would probably work? Thanks!
