How to get rid of GT-Playground

instances ? If you open a fresh image and change the setting to use the old workspace open a workspace and execute: GTPlayground allInstances size -> 1 There is already one instance. I tried to get rid of this instance but I couldn't find a way. I think this instance is responsible for issue 14928 <https://pharo.fogbugz.com/default.asp?14928>: SystemNavigation default obsoleteClasses -> an Array(AnObsoleteGLMPageScroller AnObsoleteGLMPagerScrollMorph) And this in turn, is repsonsible for undeleteable references to AnObsoleteKMUntypeableSingleKeyCombination. I need this for issue 14936 <https://pharo.fogbugz.com/default.asp?14936> any idea? nicolai

[Pharo4] Action needed: Issue tracker at 684 issues

Hello, The issue tracker has an ever growing list of issues. We do a lot (e.g. last 7 days we closed 55), but nevertheless, as some point this is so much that issues are just not being acted on because there are so many. Therefore: -> Please check *ALL* the issue that you submitted. Have they been fixed? Are they really so important that they should take away attentions from other things? -> Check all the issues that you where involved in. With 684 issues, there is *NOBODY* that will look at your issue to fix trivalities (e.g. Monkey failed due to a system problem) the than you. -> Try to push some issue that you think is important. Even if you canât do anything, maybe you can convince others to help you to fix this? Marcus

Spec terminology: renaming some terms

Hi all, I donât read mails on pharo-dev usually, so sorry if this has been discussed before (and then pointers to the discussion would be appreciated). Last week, in Pharo-users I proposed the Spec terminology changes below. Responses were positive. I am willing to volunteer to do that next week so itâs finished before the 28th and itâs included in Pharo 4. And then I will update the documentation as well. But first I want to know if there are any objections from people on this list. Fix in inbox: SLICE-Issue-14959-MC-Hook-for-Default-Credentials-SeanDeNigris.1 When creating a repo in the MC Browser, it would be great to pre-populate the user and password fields. Thus, we declare a CredentialSource role collaborating with MCHttpRepository and subclasses. And if you want to have athens graphics, e.g. when you want to use Roassal2, you might need to add cairo apt-get install libcairo2-dev:i386 On Ubuntu 14.10 this currently results in a broken package. I could fix that with sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get autoclean sudo apt-get clean sudo apt-get autoremove

NativeBoose-Win32 fix in Pharo4

Hi Some time ago I found a bug in NativeBoost-Win32, which would not allow me to run CodeCity in Pharo 4 (CodeCity depends on this package, through a dependency onConfigurationOfNBOpenGL, version: #stable): https://pharo.fogbugz.com/f/cases/14728 I fixed the bug and the fiix was integrated on 14.01, with the comment "in 40443". My expectation was that as soon as I would switch to Pharo 4, I would also get this bug fix. That is not the case at the moment. I get Name: NativeBoost-Win32-TheIntegrator.54 and the one including my fix is the next one, NativeBoost-Win32-TheIntegrator.56 (in http://smalltalkhub.com/mc/Pharo40/main) It seems that something is still missing there.
