Status: Accepted Owner: adrian.l...(a)gmail.com New issue 3658 by adrian.l...(a)gmail.com: Dictionaries corrupt when loaded from image segment http://code.google.com/p/pharo/issues/detail?id=3658 Set and Dictionary were refactored and a common superclass HashedCollection introduced. All existing code that assumes that Dictionary is a subclass of Set must be fixed. One such case that was overseen is in image segment where ... isKindOf: Set fails to capture dictionaries. This leads to potentially corrupted instances once dictionaries are loaded into the image through an image segment. The attached changeset fixes this instance of the problem. It seems that latestVersion is not loading the last version of the config I guess... Hello all, I'm trying to load the OmniBrowser in PharoCore 1.3. I use the ConfigurationOfOmniBrowser in MetacelloRepository. But it raises errors on messages to the Preferences class. Is there a way to load this browser in PharoCore 1.3? It's more difficult to use the basic browser. Thanks, Adrien.

The idea is to reify animations as strategy objects, that can be accessed and run from any Morph, centralized in an MorphicAnimationsRunner class, ( to avoid pupulating Morph with extra methods, similar to Seaside "brush" idea). You can try it out via the examples, MorphicAnimationExamples class. Integration with the SystemWindow is provided also, if you enable the animate windows setting you can give it a try. I think this could be integated into Morphic, as Morphic-Animations category. For 1.3

Hi Guys, Jannik pointed an interesting problem. If I load Alien in both 1.1 or 1.2. Gofer it squeaksource: 'MetacelloRepository' ; package: 'ConfigurationOfAlien'; load. ((Smalltalk globals at: #ConfigurationOfAlien) project version: 'Pharo 1.1') load: {'All'. 'MacOSX'} - with the MacVM 4.2.5beta1U => 40 tests green (it works) - with the MacVM 5.7.4 => 20 tests green and 20 errors (can't call a simple external function) it seems that the I32ABI plugin is not loaded correctly. AlienLibrary>>primLoadLibrary: 'IA32ABI' failed. Any clue to make it work in the MacVM 5.7.4? #Luc

Hi all, I have updated the Metacello configuration for OSProcess. Changes ------- - Uses symbolic versions - Adds support for release 4.4.0 of OSProcess - Applies MetacelloToolBox validations to the old versions of the configuration and corrects them Install -------- In a PharoCore image evaluate in a workspace: Gofer it squeaksource: 'MetacelloRepository'; package: 'ConfigurationOfOSProcess'; load. ((Smalltalk globals at: #ConfigurationOfOSProcess) project version: #stable) load. This will install the stable version for the platform you are installing to. This is using symbolic versions and permits to rely on the maintainers to specify the stable version (4.3.11, 4.3.12, 4.4.0) for a given platform version (PharoCore 1.1.1, PharoCore 1.2). Other versions and groups --------------------------- To load older versions: ((Smalltalk globals at: #ConfigurationOfOSProcess) project version: '4.3.11') load. To load other groups: ((Smalltalk globals at: #ConfigurationOfOSProcess) project version: #stable) load: 'Tests'. or ((Smalltalk globals at: #ConfigurationOfOSProcess) project version: '4.3.11') load: 'Tests'. While trying to consume some PUT urls with Seaside-REST I noticed that the transmitted content is missing. I tried Comanche as well as swazoo. At this moment I'm not sure if I did something wrong but I seems that only GET and POST are treated. Does anyone has some experience on this? thanks, Norbert
