Hi! Does JavaConnect work with the last Pharo? I cannot install it apparently. Loading it via the configuration freezes the image. Cheers, Alexandre -- _,.;:~^~:;._,.;:~^~:;._,.;:~^~:;._,.;:~^~:;._,.;: Alexandre Bergel http://www.bergel.eu ^~:;._,.;:~^~:;._,.;:~^~:;._,.;:~^~:;._,.;:~^~:;.

[Pharo-project] Starting with 1.2.1 - Slow installing packages
by Giuseppe Luigi Punzi July 2, 2011

July 2, 2011

Hi all, I downloaded 1.2.1, and I'm trying to install some packages to start a new project. The problem I found for the moment, is, thath is taking a lot of time to install. For example, I did the ConfigurationOfO2 and this was 25 minutes ago. Is this normal? I can see pharo.exe is consuming 35MB of RAM. Probably is a limit, and I can increase it? I suppose thath this is the bottleneck. Thanks.
