Alain, maybe we should move Bloc to a repo owned by the Pharo team? In the mean time, will you add me as a developer? Thanks. Small refactoring uploaded to http://smalltalkhub.com/#!/~SeanDeNigris/SeansOutbox Bloc-Core-SeanDeNigris.410 Cleanup BlAlarmQueue - #queue protocol -> private - Extract all "BlUniverse default" -> factory method - Rename #(un)subscribesToTicks -> #(un)subscribeToTicks (proper English) ----- Cheers, Sean -- View this message in context: http://forum.world.st/Bloc-Contributions-tp4816082.html Sent from the Pharo Smalltalk Developers mailing list archive at Nabble.com.

[ANN] New service: The Pharo catalog
by Esteban Lorenzano April 1, 2015

April 1, 2015

Hi, Last week I made a super small project to consolidate all projects published in all metarepos. Is very simple, in the style of smalltalkhub repository list, but it shows all projects with the info their owners provided. Yes, it could be a lot better, but we do not want to lose much time with this because not far in the future (but not right now) we will put online a much better service :) You can see the catalog here: http://catalog.pharo.org <http://catalog.pharo.org/> and a JSON variant here: http://catalog.pharo.org/catalog/json <http://catalog.pharo.org/catalog/json> enjoy, Esteban

Moose Issue 1118: GT Inspector: Double Click Doesn't Always Select Text Properly
by Sean P. DeNigris March 31, 2015

March 31, 2015

https://code.google.com/p/moose-technology/issues/detail?id=1118 It took me a while to figure out that GT has a feature I've wanted for a long time: when you activate a workspace by clicking, the selection is preserved. Very cool! One thing though, where it also took me a while to figure out what was going on... 1. Type in the playground: 'aString'. 'anotherString'. 2. "Go" to bring up a second pane - doesn't matter which 3. Click in the second pane to put the keyboard focus there 4. Double click on one of the lines in pane #1 It is selected - great! 5. Repeat #3 6. Double click on the unselected line The selection will be cleared, but the other line will not be selected. NB: an interesting thing is that if you do the above exercise with a text editor outside the same GT window, like another GT Inspector, steps 5 and 6 work correctly just like the previous. ----- Cheers, Sean -- View this message in context: http://forum.world.st/Moose-Issue-1118-GT-Inspector-Double-Click-Doesn-t-Al… Sent from the Pharo Smalltalk Developers mailing list archive at Nabble.com.
