Hi all, I've uploaded SLICE-PopUpAndCoRefsRemoval-alain_plantec.1 in PharoInbox. It cleans out all PopUpMenu, FillInTheBlank, FillInTheBlankMorph and SelectionMenu references. They are raplaced by UIManager default standard dialogs. A little bit more cleaning is now possible with last Gary Polymorph-Widgets version. I will do it soon. Cheers alain

Hi all, The method add: in the class Set return an error if the parameter is nil. Maybe, we can return nil and manage the error outside the method. Currently, the method is --- | index | newObject ifNil: [self error: 'Sets cannot meaningfully contain nil as an element']. index := self findElementOrNil: newObject. (array at: index) ifNil: [self atNewIndex: index put: newObject]. ^ newObject --- We can do something like this. (the same as VisualWorks) --- | index | newObject ifNil: [^newObject]. index := self findElementOrNil: newObject. (array at: index) ifNil: [self atNewIndex: index put: newObject]. ^ newObject --- Jannik

Alexandre, That looks pretty good. I would probably get the debugger to show itself off just a bit more - if only by picking a more interesting method for the source pane. Hi, There are a couple of issues I stumbled across in Pharo and I thought of reporting them: - When loading Pier and Seaside there were some Warnings related to some instance variables that blocked the loading. This is a rather strange behavior, especially given that they are warnings. I would rather prefer to have the list of warnings presented to me at the end because like this I can have the code loading without me needing to pay attention. - Apple+B does not work on methods anymore. - Apple+W does not close the window. It seems that the outside window never gets the focus it needs to act on this shortcut. - Spawning a browser takes quite a long time. - Why is mouse swap preference not enabled by default? [Pharo-project] Download not working

Hi all, when I click on any of the download links I get an error (Firefox on Windows and Ubuntu) Secure Connection Failed gforge.inria.fr uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown. (Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer) Is it just me? Michael
