This provides a Fix and Test for String numArgs http://code.google.com/p/pharo/issues/detail?id=237 - Nicolas Cellier: Just a small improvment required to speed up a little number reading: rewrite a condition (a & b) as (a and: [b]). - Issue 275: TODO: remove OldSocket. Change HTTPSocket superclass from OldSimpleClientSocket to Socket. Reimplementing OldSocket protocol into Socket (some methods were missing). Changing CrLf variable access to (String crlf).

Hi all, I would like to understand the behavior of Installer, and for this I use http://installer.pbwiki.com/Installer. But when I execute the first exemple : squeakmap := Installer squeakmap. squeakmap install: 'DynamicBindings'. squeakmap open. "opens the squeak map loader gui" I have an error due to a nil value. Installer has no value for 'DynamicBindings'. I think it not find the package. So, I execute Installer squeakmap open. a window is opened but there is nothing in it. For information, it works on Squeak3.10.2. Is there anything to do in Pharo to make it work ? Jannik

Ar, no problem. There's still lots of cruft in Morphic. Sometimes feel like starting from scratch again.... Will continue with evolution though. Starting to adapt window controls to the new possibilities garnered with CompositeFillStyles. FreeType could do with some performance optimisation though... So, for example, if you had a version called: my-package-jf.testbranch.4 the next suggested version name would be: my-package-jf.testbranch.5 You could also have my-package-jf.testbranch.subbranch.4. The version of MC in Pharao no longer allows this and suggests my-package-jf.5 instead. This version fixes the behaviour to keep everything up to the author initials and everything between the initials and the last period. Hi, We added an update to make the compiler support ifNotNil: [] as well as ifNotNil[:tt |]. This was done by Vassili Bykov and submitted to squeak's bugtracker many moons ago. The update consists of two, 10103 and 10104, as it is not loadable by Monticello (deep compiler changes). Thus the first is a normal changeset (hand-reordered), the second loads again the MC packages. MC pops up a worning when loading 10104 and asks for ok to load the packages. Hi, I was trying out the refactoring engine, and tried to run the code critic. I got a message not understood in SmalllintContext>>addLiteralsFor: which sends literalsDo: to its argument aCompiledMethod. This appears to be the only method in the Pharo-dev image that sends this msg. Any ida what the fix should be? - on

Dear List, Yesterday we had an incredible pair programming session with David R., Simon D., and myself. OB is now aware of the method tests that passed and that failed. Even more, it shows progress (a failed test is now green) and regression (a test that was green before is now red) This is waiting in PharoInbox.
