[Pharo-project] Image hangs after update

When updating Pharo0.1Core-10319cl.image on a WinXP machine the image hangs after the update is finished (applying 5 updates). I'm not able to click the OK button of the "finished" dialog and the image is not responding to ALT+. Anyone able to confirm this? Hi, the following methods: - Collection>>topologicallySortedUsing: - SortedCollection>>sortTopologically: - SortedCollection>>should:precede: are in the dirty methods list. The only sender of this is a test case for topologically sorted. Anyway, I don't understand the need for such behavior in SortedCollection... the topological sort is used in graph theory to obtain a total order of the nodes in a directed acyclic graph.. From my point of view SortedCollection should not implement this behavior... the sortTopologically: uses the same sort block used for standard sorting in SortedCollection, from the implementation I think that additionally it retains the original partial order of the equal elements (some kind of stable sorting, however this is not the intention for the method name). Summarizing.. I vote for removal of this behavior... Anyone knowns if there's another meaning for topological sorting? Waiting for comments Gabriel

Hi, continuing with licensing issues I push on Pharo-Inbox: SLICE-RelicensingIV-GabrielOmarCotelli.2 Including the next: Added check for negative to Character>>value: for raising a better error message and a test case covering this Removed: - StandardFileMenu class>>oldFileFrom:withPattern: (no senders on any pharo image, the only one that appears is a sender to the instance message of same name) - Form class>>rgbMul (no senders) - ExternalStructureInspector (no references) - ServerDirectory class>>transferServerDefinitionsToExternal (no senders) Several changes from Yoshiki in Squeak relicensing (reverted to clean versions or reimplemented) (If someone needs the exact list of methods I can generate this) Now the dirty methods count should be 46 (I don't run the audit however). Hello, Is there a trick to getting items out of OB's Unpackaged list? I have four classes categorized as AuthenticationForSeaside, and OB is promoting them as I think it should. Monticello won't show them to me either. It seems to promot only when a package name contains a dash, but what if a monolithic package is enough? I am trying to package my code to get free of depending on change sets, but something (perhaps ignrorance on my part) is stopping me. Any helpful suggestions? Bill

[Pharo-project] loading ECompletion and OCompletion

Hi, I am trying to load ECompletion and OCompletion in a core image, but I do not seem to manage. I first do: ScriptLoader loadOBAlpha. I then tried to do "ScriptLoader loadEcompletion" but I get error in OB. I tried "ScriptLoader loadShout" but I still get an error in OB due to ECompletion. I hoped that maybe "Installer squeaksource project: 'OCompletion'; install: 'OCLoader' would load all the needed dependencies, but it does not seem to work. What am I doing wrong?
