In #30862 (can't test in 4.0 because no stable TWM version declared)... Gofer it smalltalkhubUser: 'Pharo' project: 'MetaRepoForPharo30'; configurationOf: 'TilingWindowManager'; loadStable. gives the error: "Could not resolve: TWM [TWM-BernardoContreras.68]..." But then the following DoIt on the Config downloaded above shows no such package... Question on AioPlugin

Hi all, anybody knows how to check if the AioPlugin is included in the current stable Pharo vm(*)? OSProcess is complaining of a missing AioPlugin, and I remember a thread where this was solved by integrating it in the vm build. Dear all, I have some questions about the following topics: Morphic, the Zinc-HTTP-Client-Server, and NautilusRefactoring. I am wondering if someone can help ;) I am visiting RMoD @ INRIA these days (I am now sitting at the âvisiting tablesâ @ 3rd floor of INRIA). If someone is willingness to help, please come forward! To get an idea (and hopefully to collect some answers from people outside of Lille) here are my doubts ### Morphic - How can I assess the âz indexâ of windows? For each window Iâd like to know the % that is visible on screen, i.e., not covered from other windows. - Is there a âgeneral patternâ on how to extract which entity is âdisplayedâ on a window? In System Browsers is easy, what about other types of windows? ### Zinc-HTTP-Client-Server - How can I do a real upload (HTTP post) in background? ### NautilusRefactoring - How does it work? Why there are different methods to remove a class, for example? e.g., NautilusRefactoring>>#removeClasses: vs. AbstractTool>>#removeClasses: - Why #removeClasses: is triggered before the actual removal (i.e., confirmation dialogue)? Hi, I wanted to give a try to gitfiletree but I got a 'Git command not found'. Indeed, the git command is not in the path Here is the code used by GitFileTree to run a git command: | c output | [ c := PipeableOSProcess command: 'export'. output := ReadStream on: c output. c succeeded ifFalse: [ self error: 'Git error: ' , c errorPipelineContents ] ] ensure: [ c closePipes ]. output I replaced the command to execute by 'export' to get all environment variables. I noticed that '/usr/local/bin' is not in the path (used by brew). To get my full environment (.profile executed), I need to run pharo from a shell with the same environment. The question is: how to run Pharo from the UI and get this environment? I tried with a .bashrc, bash_profile without success. Any idea? Thanks, Christophe.

Anonymous classes should be browseable

I want to discuss case 14789 ( https://pharo.fogbugz.com/f/cases/14789/Nautilus-assumes-a-class-always-und…) because a class should be browseable even without a definition. Anonymous classes are still classes. If Nautilus project cannot deal with the whole Smalltalk power then it is poorly designed and I wonder what's the advantage over the old OmniBrowser... HernÃ¡n

Overwrite repository in symbolic version

Hi, Iâm using git for versioning, and usually I just work with master branch. Now I have created another branch, can I create at least temporal symbolic version that will work on a current baseline, but will use different ârepositoryâ and so other branch? Or is there another good way to handle branches? Uko
