For the following accepted class definition (so presumably leading zero is a valid instance variable name), from the menu selecting "Refactor class > Accessors" fails with "Error: End of statement list encountered EpcimIdentifiedObject subclass: #EpcimBaseVoltage instanceVariableNames: '0nVoltageLevel' classVariableNames: '' poolDictionaries: '' category: 'IEC61970-Core' If I take away the leading zero on the instance variable it works okay. I can get by with it not working but wondered whether I log a bug report or am I doing something wrong? I do want to keep the leading zero because I am using it to mark the multiplicity of associations (eg see BaseVoltage/Voltage down the bottom of [1]). Since XML-Parser-JAAyer.50 the SAXDriver doesn't check anymore for #checkEOD in the #handle methods, have you removed eod iVar for performance reasons? I need it because I have a very large XML and I want to be able to parse some "header" nodes without parsing the entire XML. Otherwise, what would be the way of doing this with the newer versions? Hello! I notice many of you are not native English speakers so you must have asked yourself this question before: what are the possibilities of localization in Pharo? I'm mostly interested in date and time localization. I notice there is a class named ChronologyConstants, and sure I can modify it, but how do I do it in a nice way, so that the alterations are saved in my own MC package? Moreover, this class alone is not enough. For example, in Croatian, January is not written or pronounced the same when used in a date or used in a enumeration. The English equivalent of today's date would be "6th of January" - notice the "of". There is even less subtle weaknesses: you don't get to choose default date and time format. Hm, looking at ChronologyConstants again, it seem its purpose never was localization, it is merely a shared pool for constants. Do you have any plans for localization? I haven't seen it mentioned. [Pharo-project] OpenGL integerated wtih Squeak IDE

This is a very poor attempt to do what Matt Fulmer did with OpenCobalt: integrate overlapping Morphic windows with OpenGL. The only advantage is that it doesn't require OpenCobalt. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ctm-Q39nd-k The entire World is being rendered onto an OpenGL texture which is updated with every tick. With the proper scaling , the destop could be repositioned along the z access at any point within the fustrum and still keep the default mouse handling. Add mouse handling from OpenGL itself, and you can have 2D widgets projected onto 3D objects, not to mention 3D widgets fully integrated with the Squeak desktop. Time to revive/revitalize Balloon3D, perhaps? Whatever happened to 3D Morphic? There's obviously a great deal of room for optimization, and of course, the sky is the limit for what could be done in terms of lighting, materials, etc. Using more modern APIs of OpenGL (I'm using immediate mode! (!) and only stuff from the first 6 NeHe tutorials) one could have an awful lot of interesting stuff going on. Lawson

The concept and look of TWM is cool, but for me it groups things in a way that is non-helpful. I never want to tile "all the browsers" or "all the workspaces".
