GT Playground, pages dropdown menu - how does it work?

Hi - overtime I think I understand how the pages dropdown for the playground works, it then doesnât do what I expect? I have learned that double clicking a page tab will put the page into the stash directory with a name (which is cool), but then it doesnât always seem to appear in the dropdown list - however I have learned that Spotter will find these pages if I use #playgâ¦ So if spotter can find them, why does the playground dropdown seem to temperamental, or am I missing some obvious trick for clearing a cache or something like that? Or maybe its a bug? It would be nice if it would work, as its very handy as quick way to swap to a script. Tim

I'm korean user. pharo using mac or linux. I'm always change font setting. because want look korean characters(so simple) but can't using spotter. GLMRubTextFieldMorph font value have hard coding inside.(maybe... look a "SourceSansPro". my pharo using another font now.) spotter result is ok. because GLMScrollPaneBandBrick font value from "Pharo Setting Value". how can change spotter keyword font value? I'm newbie. detail explanation request please. ConfigurationOfZincHTTPComponents in Pharo 7

Hi Everyone, Pharo 6 included ConfigurationOfZincHTTPComponents as part of the core image, but it is no longer included in Pharo 7. Can someone tell me where to load ConfigurationOfZincHTTPComponents from, or what its replacement is? In particular, I would like to load the WebSockets code. Thanks very much, Alistair

Glorp: how to reconnect after image shutdown / load?

Hello! ZnServers have its own register mechanism by which they listen when they are tagged as such after image save and load. I wonder if there is some way to connect to database in Glorp and then "keep the connection" between image save/load. Or how is this managed notmally in apps that use databases? Is image "preconfigured" with live self-healing connection or does some special piece of startup code be installed so it runs after deployment and image start? Thanks, Herby

Iceberg: SCP urls are not limited to 'git@'

Hello! Once I finally added remote to my localgit repo, I cannot build my image any more because Iceberg fails to parse the url. After first error I tried ssh://, but it is protected as well. The problem is, git(a)host.site is just the way to say which user to log in via ssh into the host. We use on-premise gogs installed via apt, and it installs 'gogs' user, not 'git' user. As such, we were being able to successfully use 'gogs@our.site:org/towergame.git' type of remote URLs, but Iceberg code has 'git@' hardcoded. How to overcome this? Herby

Hello, I am new to Pharo and would like to better understand how openponk.github.io<http://openponk.github.io> works by stepping through the creation of objects and seeing the messages they send. I don't see a way to call the debugger without highlighting some problematic code. No code is problematic (that I know of). Ideally, I'd like to see what is happening when I start one of OpenPonk's examples, such as "BORM Simple Diagram". What tool or browser can I use to do this? -david

Creating the smallest server runtime footprint

Hi - buoyed by the success of a minimal image (thanks Pavel), I'm wondering if I can get even smaller. There are lots of .so's in the vm which wouldn't make sense on a server once deployed - sound, maybe libgit ... Is there a list of the essential ones, or tips on what I can strip out of the Linux deployment? I also recall that i can leave out .sources and .changes as well right? Tim Sent from my iPhone

Zinc Crash / semaphores

I have this crash log on a server. https://gist.github.com/philippeback/9527b74c081629c2b05466353c4326b3 It is running on Windows 2012 R2 with a Pharo 5.0 There is a SeasideApp. Is there any known semaphore leak? Because this app is very lightly used and I was suprised to see this. Windows may be the cause but never had such an issue in the environment. TIA Phil

Performance of zero conf install since 6.1 seems very slow?

Hi - has anyone else noticed that since 6.1 - using zero conf for installs is very very slow (it takes minutes to download pharo64.zip when using curl get.pharo.org/64/ | bash This is both on my local computer but also on the gitlab ci server? Is it possibly something isnât configured right? Tim
