Hi! "Check for drive notation (a: etc)" path size > 1 ifTrue: [ ((path at: 3) = $:) ifTrue: [path := path copyFrom: 2 to: path size] ifFalse: [ "All other cases should be network path names (\\xxx\sdsd etc)" path := '/' , path]]. ^path copyReplaceAll: '/' with: self slash Which seems not being resolving well a full path like 'c:\something\another\directory' and is answering something like '\\MinGW\msys\1.0\home\Guille\cog\gpolito-cogvm' which then is treated as a relative path... I've done a temporary fix like this in my image so I can continue, but maybe someone has a little more knowledge on this class: DosFileDirectory class>>privateFullPathForURI: aURI | path | path := aURI asString unescapePercents. KeyboardEvent question

Hi, i cant catch the function keys (F1, F2 etc) with keystroke: aKeyboardEvent ; iow they dont seem to produce a KeyboardEvent. is there another simple way to catch them? werner

SpellingPlugin

Hi - Where can I read more about the SpellingPlugin thats included with the Mac VM? I'm hoping to learn whether it uses the hunspell library and if so whether the plugin can be made to run on linux, and if so can then be incorporated as the spell checker for the lint rules as well as for Seaside components/user input. First steps making OB work in 1.4

Hi! I've been working the last days in making OB work in pharo 1.4. I updated several deprecations like method reference and stuff and discovered some bugs that I've already published in: http://code.google.com/p/pharo/issues/detail?id=5189&q=milestone%3D1.4&cols… http://code.google.com/p/pharo/issues/detail?id=5183&q=milestone%3D1.4&cols… I've already proposed some fixes for them, but if anyone can have a look too I'll feel better :). Those fixes are needed in order to load OB. Meanwhile, you can also have some patches from the cs and fileout I attach. What's working now? OB + OCompletion + Shout + Sunit integration. So, It's everything but Refactoring browser, which is a little more difficult since there is another RB version loaded in the image :P. To load it (after integrating the patches): Gofer it squeaksource: 'MetacelloRepository'; package: 'ConfigurationOfOmniBrowser'; load. How to get the widget with focus?

Hi all, I am writing some test cases that require me to open and close windows and play with widgets and whatnot. Sadly I am a bit lost as I have no experience in this area. Now I am trying to get a handle on the widget that has focus. Is there an easy way to get to this widget? Also some pointers to examples/tests that programmatically operate on widgets and could serve as examples would be appreciated.
