Hidden in what sense? On Linux, files whose name start with a period are "hidden" (by convention, many commands ignore them) On OS X, files and directories that are hidden to the Finder have a special attribute in the file system. How to determine if a file is hidden

Hello, Is there a way to determine if a file is hidden? I couldn't find that in "Deep into Pharo". For example, I can get my desktop files with: desktopFiles := FileLocator desktop children. And now I would like to filter that collection to the non-hiddent files with something like: desktopFiles select: [:each | each isHidden not ] But there doesn't seem to be anything like "isHidden" for a FileLocator object. Very interesting and well done. *Observations: from a 15 min review. beyond the basics .. which really is well done. Hope I can play with it sometime when I get time.. * Love the commandQueue and UDP handling and this block: senderProcess := [[ | nextCommand | "dequeue the next command, enumerate it and send it" nextCommand := commandsQueue next . arDrone commandAdapter send: nextCommand ] repeat ] fork. I like the comments in #*sendMoveCommandLeftRightTilt*: lrTilt *frontBackTilt*: fbTilt *verticalSpeed*: verticalSpeed *angularSpeed*: angularSpeed But the #initialize method is doing too much in one long method.. check other methods too.. *Comments: * takeOff "Every 1 second sends the take off command to the drone, until it's state goes from Landed to Flying (ARDState flyMask from 0 to 1)" Either the naming can be keepFlying .. not sure if I want to takeOff every second. As part of my final degree project, I'm creating a communication API for controlling the Parrot AR.Drone 2.0 from Pharo. I've just released an early version. Hello, I got that working, and a bit more besides, and things are starting to look pretty good. However, I've run into another issue I'm not sure how to resolve. Recognizing that, as you mentioned, nested builders are something of a bleeding edge feature, I'm happy to try to contribute code if what I'm trying to do isn't already implemented. My question now is how to adjust the size and shape of the nested, builder-produced elements. In the example code you posted, is it possible to 1) remove the square borders from the pie graphs, and 2) make the pie graphs different sizes based on, for instance, the size of the array they represent? This second question is also relevant for sizing the pie graphs in proportion to other elements such as labels.
