Hello World (found a RoelTyper Bug)

Hi, Pharo Users! I'm starting to work on types in Pharo. To be more precise, I'd like to improve the RoelTyper (a package which "guesses" variable types in code). What suggestions do you have? I have some ideas and I'm currently working to find more, but it's always interesting to hear what the community has to say :) Oh, and by the way, I've found a bug in RoelTyper. I have a fix, but it seems that RoelTyper is a Moose thing, since it's not included in the vanilla Pharo image. Do you know where I could submit the fix? Cheers, Diego.

Problem with filetree

Hello, I want to host my project on GitHub so I use filetree to commit my changes and I have a BaselineOfMyProject for the configuration My Baseline is in a package which has name of the class Link to the baseline <https://github.com/HappyPharoHackers/YourTribes/blob/master/BaselineOfYourT…> When I take a fresh Pharo5 image (latest pre spur) and I want to load my project by using Metacello new baseline: #YourTribes; repository: 'github://HappyPharoHackers/YourTribes'; load I have an error : MessageNotUnderstood: BaselineOfYourTribes class>>project I tried to find the source of the problem but I failed :/ Cheers, Thomas

[ANN] Introspect web content (Soup with some GT extensions)

Hi, I added a few GT inspector extensions to Soup and cleaned up a little bit. Released as a new version 1.8 of Soup - you will find easily in Catalog for Pharo 5 or by opening Spotter and entering "Soup" to load. As the attached screenshots shows you now have a nice way to introspect the structure of a web page as a tree in the inspector or see the attributes of tags/nodes in a table. Thx T.

No good tools to change the text field background color in all 135 forms. Good to combine with a generated application, where less used views and flows are generated automatically and you only override important views. Stephan

For exemple I have 2 packages PackageA - ClassA PackageB - ClassB #iDependToClassA #otherMethod I delete ClassA from the PackageA, so Pharo tell me that the method #iDependToClassA use the content of the ClassA. I delete the #iDependToClassA method but on the Browser, the method is not deleted. I remove the method on the Browser and then, At this moment, I see the methods was not deleted because it stay on the metaclass when I want get the method references of the ClassB (with RPackage>>methodReferences). Same think was happen after with a Class
