Does anyone physically know this Steven Costiou person? Honest question, is he mentally ill? Reason I am asking is that he knows nothing about me, but immediately brands me as "nazi" based off of two things I said: - I like Elon Musk - I don't like BlueSky He seems serious about it too. My guess is that he's "terminally online" and has formed a very warped perception of reality due to too much exposure to social media echo chambers (aka "brain rot"). Do you honestly think I'm a "nazi"? And Elon Musk too? If so, you have lost touch with reality! I blame social media, it causes brain rot. BlueSky makes it worse because it only shows one side of the debate while twitter shows multiple perspectives. YES to all of that! I'm also convinced that bluesky will become similar to twitter, sooner or later. We also started Mastodon accounts for Pharo and ESUG, and perhaps ultimately we'll succeed in moving an important part of the community there. But bluesky or twitter before were never mandatory to be up to date with Pharo, so it's not an incentive to join Bluesky. Hello pharoers, here are my 2 cents: Billionaires should not exist. Elon musk is a nazi & billionaire, 2 good reasons to avoid giving him any money, so fuck twitter/x. I don't know much about bluesky but that it's funded by private investors so it will likely become another twitter one day, because the capital always support the fascists. " That has nothing to do with Pharo, so I for one would rather not see non-Pharo discussions on Pharo lists/channels/fora/whatever. Perhaps, you could take your political discussions, your gender discussions, your sexuality discussions, etc. to some other, more relevant forum.
