i18n&l10n & Unicode support in Pharo

Hello, just starting with Pharo and I'm thinking about i18n/l10n capabilities within environment to make one's app read for several langauges. I've found out I18n (http://smalltalkhub.com/#!/~TorstenBergmann/I18N) project but it seems there are no new contrubutions in last 2 years. I've also discovered 'Unicode project' thread on dev-list, but would like to get some pointer about the current (5.0 <= Pharo < 6) state of affairs in regard writing multi-language-capable and Unicode-aware apps in Pharo? ProcessAlreadyTerminating on image startup

For some reason I can't understand, I fell again into one of those infinite loops of MessageNotUnderstood exceptions that usually take the system down. But this time I was able to interrupt it by pressing Alt+., and then I closed all the debuggers and opened windows. Trustworthy (aka stupid) as I can be, I saved the image, but then every time I tried to debug some test case, only one frame on the debugger was visible, and any attempt to evaluate something within it lead me to another infinite MNU wormhole. Now when I start the image I get a ProcessAlreadyTerminating walkback, without much to do (see http://i.imgur.com/fxo17pN.png) But I'm still unable to debug any method using the Glamourous Debugger. I can if I disable it. I don't know whether the Glamourous debugger and the process thing are related, but I'm sharing this just in case somebody has an idea on how to fix the walkback and the GTD. Peter this is important that the default 32 bits Pharo works well on windows. Please report any crash. This is important that we hear that it is not working.
