[Pharo-Users] Symbolic links

Hello everyone, does someone know a way to get the real path of a symlink? I explain: -I have a file '/home/aPath/test.txt' -I have a symlink '/home/aPath/link' pointing on test.txt I would like to see if the symlink really point on the file and may be, get the real path of it, is there a way to do it? If someone have more information I would like to discuss about it ! :) Valentin

AFAIK, you need to download a SpurVM (from here: Default GNU/Linux <http://files.pharo.org/platform/Pharo5.0-linux.zip>), then in settings from Pharo Launcher you need to specify the Spur VM full path). Dear All, Am try to call a libpcap library using FFI in pharo and am getting the following error: MessagetNotUnderstood:InterfaceDev class>>fficall:module Am working with pharo 4 also I have issue with pharo 5 on unbuntu after runing the pharo launher i create an image of pharo 5 but when i try to run pharo 5 it does not work. [Pharo5] Status: 23 open issues

Hi, There are now 23 open issues tagged for Milestone âPharo5â. https://pharo.fogbugz.com/f/filters/125/5-0-All The plan is to release in 2 weeks. Please check if - all these issues are real show-stoppers. The idea is that e.g. everything that was already a problem in Pharo4 can not be a showstopper, as we did release Pharo4â¦ - Did you report an issue that is not listed here? New issues are do now pre-fill the form with âPharo6â, but then, if an issue was reported e.g. last week and nobody realised it was in the wrong milestone, I guess it can be said that this issue by default is not a show-stopperâ¦ - If you have this âobviousâ bug that is so obvious that you did not even report it: Keep in mind that it will *not* be fixed as we do not know about it. Here is another way (MethodBrowser new methods: Object methods; whenBuiltDo: [ :ann | ann model window widget widget beUnresizeable; removeCollapseBox; removeExpandBox; removeMenuBox ]; openWithSpec). So, lots of moving parts. When the widget has been build, an announcement is sent containing the model and the widget. model window is there a spec WindowModel, which itself has a MorphicWindowAdapter as its widget. The MorphicWindowAdapter then has the SpecWindow (subsubclass of SystemWindow) as its widget. Next to the number of moving parts, another issue is knowing when in the creation process the announcements are sent, and in which order the widgets are build. Stephan Stephan
