Hi Udo, #^ is invalid by definition. #'^' is the right way to write it. The definition is that # can be followed by a message selector (including binary selectors such as -), or by a quoted string, or by an opening parenthesis (array literal). is " #^ " legal syntax?

All, I just hit a case where I needed to return the caret character "^" as a Symbol. However simply doing something like method ^ #^. doesn't work. Even inspecting the symbol itself #^ inspect. doesn't work. "Quoting" the caret works fine: method ^ #'^'. So I'm wondering whether #^ (w/o) quoting is considered to be legal syntax and it's a parser "bug" or whether it's invalid by definition CU, Udo

Hi john I will start to finish the magritte tutorial for Magritte 3.0. I will send it to you and the pharo togo mailing-list. We should really get a cool app for TogoApp. What idea do you have in mind? Is a feature that could be useful on spreading the adoption of Dr Geo, so more people can enjoy the open mustang. I also share that that ideas are cheap and implementation is difficult and I know that this is a small community with solo projects (like mine) which has very powerful implementations like Dr. Geo. I hope to make a constructive comment on possible features, not any pressure or nonconstructive critique on Dr Geo development. Cheers and thanks for the last video.
