Hi, With the valuable help of the community and the GLMBasicExamples I have been able to build basic outlining interface and functionality. Here is a screenshot: http://www.enlightenment.org/ss/e-53f4243a4dc127.49773492.jpg There are some issues: 1. Now I would like to make the nodes in the tree persistent in the sense that if I wrote something in the node body (left upper part of the browser) and I select another node, when I visit the previous node, the text in the body still is there. How can I do this? 2. I would like to make the current node always selected by this blue highlighting. With some operations like moving nodes to the left or to the right, the current node gets out of focus, despite of the operations being done over it. There is any way to say Moose browsers where to put the selections, besides of explicit selection with the mouse. 3. Some time ago I asked about how to make tree labels (headers), at the left of the browsers editable. There is any way to make this? Thanks a lot, Offray

Does RoelTyper works?

Hi, I play with RoelTyper, but it does not work as I expect. I have a simple class: -=-=-=- Object subclass: #AMock instanceVariableNames: 'color' classVariableNames: '' poolDictionaries: '' category: 'JK-Mocksâ -=-=-=- with method: -=-=-=- initialize super initialize. color := Color black. -=-=-=- When the following command is evaluated: (TypeCollector typeInstvar: #color ofClass: AMock) types RoelTyper returns "an OrderedCollection(Object)â I expected Color. RBTransformationRule inst var changes initialization

Hello, I have a rewrite rule - subclass of RBTransformationRule. And I want to apply it to specific scope, but before applying it, would be nice to see ChangesBrowser with all future changes. For that I need to have changes inst var initialized, but they are nil. So, the question is, where is inst var "changes" of RBTransformationRule initialized? example custom mouse events

It took a bit of hunting around to discover how to use the custom hooks for mouse event, and I needed to make some examples to prove how it worked. I thought others might find this interesting. It just outputs to Transcript for each of the following events. Check the class comments for usage. * handlesMouseDown - mouseDown, mouseUp, mouseMove, startDrag, click, doubleClick, doubleClickTimeout. * handlesMouseStillDown - mouseStillDown. * handlesMouseOver - mouseEnter, mouseLeave. * handlesMouseOverDragging - mouseEnterDragging, mouseLeaveDragging. I've finally found my way back to it; I added it to same repo as my multiline http://smalltalkhub.com/#!/~peteruhnak/RoassalPrototypes/ ; there's also an example in class side. However there are two main issues: * drawing of the grid is crude, I created an interaction but I haven't seen any way how to draw repeated patterns. But perhaps that's wrong way of looking at it. Maybe some "fixed" shape that would always fill up the visible view and would move with the camera? * there are two interactions - one for adding the grid to the view, second for adding gridded movement to elements. But how does one pass the grid size from the former to the latter? One idea would be that the RPGridView would add the size of the grid to RTView somehow and when element is added it would look for this value. But I don't think it's possible to add extra parameters to classes from different packages (compared to adding extra messages). Regression bug with TextModel and accepts

Hi all, it seems there is a regression issue with bug 12569 TextModel should not move scroll when accepting text. https://pharo.fogbugz.com/f/cases/12569/TextModel-should-not-move-scroll-wh… I was looking for a report on this because I have this issue in 3.0 release and I can reproduce it in the latest 4.0 as well. See .st file in attachment for a small test class. Open the ui (ChangeTry new openWithSpec) and write multiple lines of text, move the cursor back a line or two, and write something. The TextModel will scroll. What should I do?
