Cleaning up Voyage Documentation

Hi all, I am building a small app that uses Voyage and MongoDB as the database, and so I had many questions regarding how to use it and found the documentation lacking. After conversing with Esteban, I proposed that I improve the 'Pharo for the enterprise' chapter on Voyage, based on his responses to my questions. (See https://ci.inria.fr/pharo-contribution/job/PharoForTheEnterprise/lastSucces… and https://github.com/SquareBracketAssociates/PharoForTheEnterprise-english/tr… for the sources) So a heads-up: I would like to take a 'lock' on that text for some days (to avoid conflicts and the associated unpleasantness), as I go improving and expanding it in the next few days. Hello, You may want to calculate the distance between the mouse position and your path (I guess a bezier curve). Then given this distance and a tolerance to zero you decide if the mouse position is more or less on your path. Any problems known here?

I wonder if anyone has problems running a Pharo on a 64-bit System (Debian) with multiarch. I recommend you to go with Spec. It is the newest and designed to be the most capable. It is also the way forward, it will be the 'standard' GUI builders in the future. We know that the documentation right now is far from optimal. Ben and I will work on that in January. Hmm, I think it is more comfortable to select packages and run all the tests. Within the test runner you have to filter for packages than select all tests, than if you add a TestCase you have to mind to select it because the tool does not automatically add the new TestCase in the tests to run. I think that select packages and hit test run is faster and cozy. Help with SQLite3 package

Hi pharoers, I am a newbie with Pharo. I installed the SQLite3 package in the Pharo2 image with the MetacelloConfigurationBrowser and tried a test with this script : db := SQLiteConnection fileNamed: '/home/michel/base_CD/BaseCD.db'. resu := db executeQuery: 'SELECT * FROM T_album'. resu inspect. And I got this error : External module not found. I am on Fedora linux and I think that I should give somewhere (in SQLiteReference class ?) the address of the libsqlite3.so file. Am I right ? Polymorph is not a layer on top of morphic, itâs just a (relatively unstructured) extension. We actually need to take PolyMorph and Morph an restructure the package -> extensions of Polymoprh need to be moved to Morphic -> the widgets of both PolyMorph and Morpic needs to be moved to a Morphic-Widgets package -> everything needs to be cleaned up. There are far too many specialised subclasses and strange duplication (we have still how many button classes?) Marcus
