Code Navigation: Navigation History in System Browser?

Hi I was browsing through the draft chapter for Pharo By Example describing the Omnibrowser architecture (https://gforge.inria.fr/frs/download.php/27418/Omnibrowser.pdf) One of the screenshots (Figure 1.5 in the PDF) shows a browser with Back, Forward and History Buttons i.e. navigation history features. My specific questions: 1) What happened to this version of the browser? Is it possible to load the navigation history feature into the latest version of Pharo? I am currently using Pharo 1.2 2) The paper "Tackling Software Navigation Issues of the Smalltalk IDE" by RÃ¶thlisberger et al (http://www.bergel.eu/download/papers/Berg09d-SmalltalkIDE.pdf) implemented several useful features for code navigation in the Smalltalk IDE. Was their work ever ported to Pharo? Hopefully the authors of the paper are reading this list and can comment. The paper was very interesting for me because it described and proposed solutions for problems that I have encountered with code navigation in Smalltalk. I just inspected the pharo LNK file of my new C:\Pharo-1.2.1-CogOneClick.app and it is set to start in "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\OneClick.app" WRONG! I am logged in as another user and not as Administrator ( which on XP I only enter from Safe Mode ) Pharo might be okay using my C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Application Data I have reset the LNK as starting in C:\Pharo-1.2.1-CogOneClick.app\Contents\Resources and reset the TARGET to C:\Pharo-1.2.1-CogOneClick.app\Contents\Windows\Squeak.exe pharo.image Some Windows users would not be amused to see this Administrator ... as all too often spyware goes where it does not belong ... especially on Corp desktops. Apparently I'm not the only one confused by the search results. I expect this will be reported repeatedly by people who think the search function is broken when they get results like you did. I reported it, but the issue was closed as invalid: http://code.google.com/p/pharo/issues/detail?id=3971&can=1&q=status%3Ainval… If you look carefully at the results, you can find the sequence s e t t, possibly with several other letters between. This only happens with the OB System Browser. Go to system>settings>code browsing>default browser and change it from 'OBSystemBrowserAdaptor' to 'Browser'. Find class in 1.2.1

re: Pharo 1.2.1 One-Click / update #12345 ;-) The Class Find menu item of system browser seems to have a quirk I enter Set and I see the Settings classes listed below the Set class but I add one more 't' as in Sett and I am tossed to the W classes Is this a known quirk? Robert
