Yes, indeed QuotedPrintableMimeConverter>>#mimeEncode is missing. It shouldn’t be too hard to implement, although it is a bit of a ‘human’ format rather than a technical one. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quoted-printable I’ll see what I can do.
