Is Nautilus unable to browse uncategorised class? I track the problem to March 2016, a few weeks after switching to Pharo4 (at least this class disappear from the package at this time). Then I did no uncategorise this class, may be another error from me, but odd as I was not working on that sector of the application.

What about converting the mcz to filetree, and reworking (updating by hand the package structure)?
