you need something that intercepts network communication. https://www.wireshark.org comes to mind. You could possibly bind directly to libpcap (a portable C/C++ library for network traffic capture that is used by Wireshark) using Pharos Universal FFI. There is also WinPcap for Windows. Bye T.
