Sometimes it may be confused because it will not find the ancestor of the packages when we merged them. Because we did not push the ancestor inside the pharo.50 repository. We hope that all these problems will be simplified with the new process and use of git like source control. Now this is strange because on our servers we only use softare update to update pharo.
