Yes but from MetaRepoForPharo30. The dependency is actually in
ConfigurationOfDeployUtils in the #baseline: method

                    className: #ConfigurationOfSystemLogger;

'http://smalltalkhub.com/mc/Pharo/MetaRepoForPharo30/main/' ].
