      Yeah, this example had been broken for quite some time. 
This is now fixed!

Check out RTRoassalExample>>exampleArrowedAndLabelledLine , it should demonstrate the functionality for both elements and edges. You can also use TRConstraint, but that is a tad bit more advanced.
