I think this happens when you load Seaside 3.2 in an image where Seaside 3.0 or 3.1 is present already. You need to reinitialize the already loaded applications as follows:
WAEnvironment reloadApplications
and re-register your own applications.

May be there the problem come from the combination of seaside and teapot in the same package....don't know.
