There are a few Camp Smalltalk held in United States. The last one held by Instantiations at Charlotte, NC last year [1] was more like a small conference rather than a Camp and it a lot of fun as you can see in this video [2]. Then there was another one at Portland too [3] that was sponsored by many companies and vendors.
I guess that's a good start.
