You can also override #defaultAction on Exception, and install a custom UIManager subclass implementing unhandledErrorDefaultAction: (sent by UnhandledError #defaultAction, receives the error as argument).

Would be nice(r) if UIManager had a defaultUnhandledErrorActionBlock: setter, but it's not too bothersome creating a subclass.
