Just load the SmaCC-Python package. There is no C++ parser.

Use the following:

spec
                baseline: 'SmaCC'
                    with: [ spec repository:
'github://ThierryGoubier/SmaCC' ];
                import: 'SmaCC'.
spec package: <yourPackage> with: [ spec requires: #('SmaCC-Python') ]
