I think I'm going to get 'A Mentoring Course on Smalltalk' By Andres Valloud (http://www.lulu.com/shop/andres-valloud/a-mentoring-course-on-smalltalk/pape...). Because I've seen some glowing reviews (http://seandenigris.com/blog/?p=573) What else? Is 'Smalltalk Best Practice Patterns' by Kent Beck still relevant to pharo?
