I guess they aren't derived from each other because e.g. the Hebrew calendar has leap months. But doesn't that just mean that "Month" is representing two incompatible distinctions? It seems we should be able to distinguish "1 gregorianYear = 12 gregorianMonths" from "1 hebrewYear convertTo: months" which is an invalid question.
