[Pharo-project] Redefine shortcuts
Hi, Is it possible to redefine Pharo's shortcuts? I can't find where. I'd like to use "cmd-right arrow" and "cmd-left arrow" to go at the end and at the beginning of a line, but now they are mapped on window cycling. TIA -- View this message in context: http://forum.world.st/Redefine-shortcuts-tp4595947p4595947.html Sent from the Pharo Smalltalk mailing list archive at Nabble.com.
Not right now, but work on this direction is projected for pharo 2.0. Guille On Sun, Apr 29, 2012 at 10:47 AM, Davide Varvello <varvello@yahoo.com>wrote:

Go in settings look for "historical" and deselect "Use historical shortcuts" Then for switching between windows it's ctrl+tab/ctrl+shift+tab, and cmd+right/cmd+left are used to navigate through words :) Ben On Apr 29, 2012, at 10:47 AM, Davide Varvello wrote:

Thanks Benjamin, it's not really what I'd like but at least it avoids me to have random windows floating on the screen :-) Thank you Davide -- View this message in context: http://forum.world.st/Redefine-shortcuts-tp4595947p4596228.html Sent from the Pharo Smalltalk mailing list archive at Nabble.com.

I have the same frustration :) I spend my time between Eclipse and Pharo, so each time I do a cmd+right and windows switches I want to hang myself ^^ (or when I do FN+Right on eclipse ^^) I will fix that one day, but it needs some time to investigate ^^ Ben
Thank you Davide

Maybe we should also change the default value of this setting? because I never use that feature and also disturbes me sometimes...
