However I was making detailed notes and these are the 3 steps I used.
(My notes are not complimentary about this process. It is convoluted compared with other sites but as we now have written notes rather than a video - that I had to change browsers to play I think I would have been less annoyed just following the text)

You are welcome. However I wish to emphasize that the video very worthwhile watching to understand the whole process, it is just that sometimes people may be focused specifically on getting a logon quickly.
