[Pharo-project] Additional Primitives?

Hi All, When I ask CompiledMethod #primitive i get a value back which the method comment says is the primitive index. In the Blue Book this index is in range 0 - 127, but I have an index 259. Where can I find documentation on what the primitive indexes mean? ie: What does primitive 259 do. Rgs, James.
