[Pharo-project] [CogVM] glitch: OS X fullscreen with borders

I discovered a small glitch in the fullscreen support on OS X: if you set the OS X dock to always show and then go into fullscreen mode, the window will have a top and bottom border of about the height of the dock (see screenshot). Cheers, Max
