There are still no paste events in the event log. Here's what the tail of my log looks like: an OrderedCollection([keyUp '<euro>'] [keyUp ''] [keyDown '<cr>'] [keystroke '<cr>'] [keyUp '<cr>'] [keyDown '<Cmd->'] [keyDown '<Cmd-V>'] [keystroke '<Cmd-v>'] [keyUp '<Cmd-V>'] [keyUp ''] [keyDown '<Cmd->']) I used {LastClipPaste. LastEvents.} to get an Inspector on both variables using mouse and menu only. Michael
