[Pharo-project] [ANN] Customized Cog Win32 for Pharo 1.3 (based on Cog r2474)

Hi Marcus, I used the most recent Cog revision r2474 from Eliot and again customized/labeled/branded it for Pharo (icon, file resource with version/revision) The end result is available at: https://gforge.inria.fr/frs/download.php/28819/CogWin32Rev2474.zip I will use this VM in the next Win32 installer as soon as Pharo 1.3 is ready. Feel free to use it in the Pharo 1.3 one click ZIP as well. Side note: We should automate this VM customization as well as the installer building using the Win-Slave for the CI-Server in the (hopefully near) future.
