Really? You lost me on that sentence. SystemAnnouncer current is shared by all the tools no?

Yes, you are right. I forgot this big monster :). Now I look at senders of #announcer and there are many places with chain like "aSomebody announcer when:send:..." or also "aSomebody somebodyElse announcer when:send:...". So forgot my words :)
