      I am not sure to understand. I personally expect to see the test fail if I have:

-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
testFooBar
	Warning signal
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

How could it be different?

Even if the test is "green", the TestRunner (and Nautilus) shows yellow if there was a warning.  Do we want that?
