On a large screen, I find the current Pharo layout already very much superior to Eclipse, Visual Studio and Delphi. Tabs provide not enough context, a card-based layout can do better. Please don't refer to inaccessible material (a.o. acm, ieee, springer, elsevier) unnecessarily.
