[Pharo-project] Monticello mirror not installing in Pharo 1.4

First, it needs ObjectAsMethodWrapper, which is not any more in the 1.4 image :) Second, ObjectAsMethodWrapper uses MethodReference, causing an infinite recursion when installing the mirror.
