prepare it and help building the pharo-dev script and it will be there.

Mocketry is one package from http://squeaksource/Mocketry. It has no dependents and can be easy loaded to pharo (I used it in Pharo1.1). But I dont remember gofer api to write script. (But MocketryTests has dependents from SMock)
