[Pharo-dev] new validation reports

1.5 h train delay resulted in a productive personal mini sprint :P, the monkey reports now a twitter bootstrap styled page with lots of useful information: https://ci.inria.fr/pharo/job/Pharo-3.0-Issue-Validator/905//artifact/valida... now I will see how it behaves with the most common validation problems :)
