[Pharo-project] Beginner question :) search and replace in String

Method finder does not find a method for 'foobarqux' . 'bar' . 'XYZ' . 'fooXYZqux' and stupid me couldn't find a method on String either. How to get this done? +10 internets for solution with regex. --AA
