[Pharo-dev] windows performance

I just discovered a strange anomaly with the windows build concerning the test performance: If you check the overall speed of the tests, windows is faster than our mac slave https://ci.inria.fr/pharo/job/Pharo-3.0-Update-Step-2-Validation/label=mac/4... https://ci.inria.fr/pharo/job/Pharo-3.0-Update-Step-2-Validation/label=win/4... EXCEPT for the trait tests (mac=32s, win=2m9s)!
