To make their lives easier, I have now added a download link to http://PharoByExample.org for a dedicated image. It is essentially pharo1.0-10451-BETAweb09.09.3 with the OB Package Browser selected by default. It should be 99% consistent with the book.

Please pass the word on to anyone you know who is experiencing problems following the book.
