- Or, use some unambiguous spelling for the section titles (like "[PharoCore1.0]" and "[PharoCore1.1]") so that the sections can be quickly found using Ctrl+F without getting matches in the filenames?

Indeed, that works. I wasn't aware of that. It doesn't seem to be possible to reorder the categories (they just appear in random order), but I renamed them as suggested.
